Here's some intrviews with HP RW and HG

Dan

Do you notice more attention from the opposite sex now that you are maturing?

Daniel: I don't have a girlfriend, no. I'm sorry to disappoint you. I'm sure both of us have noticed members of the opposite sex because we're now fourteen. We're just now going through what every person goes through (at that age). I'm not complaining about the extra attention. At the MTV studios (in New York) there was a girl outside who was wearing just a Harry Potter towel with a sign, saying 'Nothing comes between me and Harry Potter!'

Mr. Showbiz reports Robert is talking with Quentin about an appearance in Quentin's planned Ernest Hemingway biopic. Wonder what he'll look like with Papa's beard!

Emma

What was the funniest thing that happened on the set?
Emma: We did a lot of pranks! Once Daniel Radcliffe, who plays Harry, brought in a remote-controlled whoopie cushion. He tried it on me, but it didn't quite work! Then he tried it on someone else who was going to sit down on a massive sofa. When it went off, Chris Columbus, the director, said, "Cut! What is that thing?" And everyone burst into laughter. Dan pulled other pranks, too -- like making little labels that said "Kick me" or "Punch me." He would stick them onto the backs of everyone who came into sight. It was really good.

Rupert

Q. What's your favorite thing about Ron?

A. He's really funny. And you also kind of fell sorry for him because he's always got hand-me-downs.

Q. What stunt did you enjoy doing?

A. I was on a wire and dropped from really, really high up into the Devil's Snare. It was fun, so I liked it when we had to do more takes.

Tom (Malfoy)

January 2003 Meet the kid who plays Draco Malfoy

Q: Filming the "Harry Potter" movies takes up a big chunk of the school year. Are you back at school?
A: I've been in school (near London) off and on. I'll be in school for three or four months before we start shooting the next movie in February or March. I like school and I'm glad to be back. People think school's a drag, but you don't realize how much fun it is until you're not there.

Q: Is it fun playing the bad guy?
A: Oh yeah! Of all the parts ... I wanted to play Malfoy. He's the most different of all of the characters.

J.K Rowling

Did you make up the plot in every aspect first by charting the characters and knowing exactly what you would do with them, or did you just piece a lot of it together as you wrote?

I always have a basic plot outline, but I like to leave some things to be decided while I write. It's more fun. :-)
